What are my responsibilities?
As a shop manager you have several responsibilities. You have to:
1) Keep track of purchases
2) Go to Gringotts and update members purchase list (What they bought), post count and galleon account.
3) PM the Head Mistress with purchases so that she can update members mini profile.
How do I calculate Galleons?
Make sure to memorize member post counts. You may want to write it down before going to Gringotts.
1) Total all purchases
2) Times post count by 2
Example: If a person has 20 post on the forum, times that by 2. They have 40 galleons. Take that number and add 300 (# every member start off with). Now that member has 340 galleons.
3) Now subtract purchase total from galleons.
Example: Member has purchases totaled to $65. They have 40 post on the forum. 40 x 2 is 80. 80 + 300 is 380. 380 - 65 is $315 galleons left in their account.

December 28, 2006: You guys are doing excellent jobs. Thanks so much for staying on top of your jobs. Please remember that if someone purchases something, I, Emma or Phoenix Tears will not know about it unless you PM us about the purchase. Jessica has been doing a great job with this. Everyone else please do this for us.
Also, if your name isn't by Shop Manager or Owner on the First post to your shop please let us know so that one of us can place your name there.
